      Essex County Council is seeking a provider to deliver care and support for a supported living scheme at 86 & 88 Holland Road in Little Clacton for up to 3 individuals with complex needs. The successful provider will be required to work with the landlord, Orwell Housing Association. The scheme consists of a pair of neighbouring bungalows which are undergoing a process of adaptation to meet the requirements of individuals with complex needs. Providers will be asked to submit hourly rates against an indicative number of hours of support.
