A software package and services to provides the seven local authorities (LAs) and their registered provider (RP) partners with a single service and system for letting their vacant housing properties both in their own area and across their borders. The system provides a single point of access for customers across the seven LA areas to register for housing, find housing options information, to look at adverts for properties becoming vacant and provides various methods for them to express their interest in the properties. The service will include software package and information systems, World wide web WWW site design services, web server software development services, web server software package, web page editing software development services.The duration of the contract will be from 01/04/2016 to 31/03/2021 with the option to extend for each and every year up to an additional 3 years.This contract will not be divided into lots due to the subject matter.
