A payroll service is not required as part of this procurement exercise but tenderers for the HR service will need to be able to interface to the new payroll system, iTrent, which is due to be implemented on 1st April 2014. The contract term will be for 3 years, commencing 1st October 2014, with an option to extend for a further 1.5 years.
