II.2.4) Description of procurement: The scope of the project is to engage Technology Partners to provide an outsourced solution for University managed services through a call-off agreement. This will include the ability to seamlessly onboard resources, as required, to provide resource flexibility in line with the University’s needs and demand requests. This resourcing will have a skillset in line with supporting the University’s technology architecture. The University is working through a significant number of projects, as such, the Technology Partner will need to demonstrate substantial knowledge and experience of developing and delivering software and hardware projects.
