The council is not able to commit / order stock of labels up front, we will need you to be able to cope with an uncertain amount of orders. At this point WBC are estimating between 10,000 and 18,000 label packs per year. WBC anticipates there to be peaks and troughs throughout the year, with the bulk of the orders during May – August annually. Volumes for the rest of the year are expected to be greatly reduced.
