Short Description: Watford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support work to achieve EPC compliance across the Community Asset Portfolio. 42 properties have been identified as requiring EPC certification and of those at least 33 will require upgrades to the building fabric to achieve MEES compliance. An EPC surveyor has been appointed to provide certification and provide recommendations across the portfolio. We require the below services from the quantity surveyor for all properties where upgrades are necessary to provide: -cost advice -produce a costed schedule of works based on the improvement recommendations from an EPC surveyor The requirement is ad-hoc with the likelihood that we will call off as required (probably on a day rate schedule. Please register your interest and provide case studies of your suitability. The council will likely operate a quotation process from those that have expressed an interest. The council is particularly looking for local providers to the South West Herts region.
