Acting as the SBTP Partnership, we wish to appoint a commercially led multidisciplinary team to take the principles, vision and framework already detailed within the Big Town Plan www.shrewsburybigtownplan.org and produce a design code that clearly articulates the development opportunities within these areas, providing enough flexibility to attract investment, innovative approaches and new uses whilst ensuring design quality reflects Shrewsbury’s special qualities and is clearly putting people at the heart of the place. |
