Short Description: SCAPE is procuring this Contract on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited (Arc). Arc requires a Bidder to provide a Statutory Inspections audit, and subsequent inspections at various locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire, at its client’s properties, to ensure they meet their obligations to conduct thorough examinations of relevant equipment as per the appropriate statutory and regulatory schedules and guidelines. The framework duration will be for a maximum of two years with no option to extend. During the course of the initial site inspection, the contractor will be required to check the assets/ locations/ inspection frequencies, at each location, ensuring the information is accurate and frequencies are correct. The current list is provided in the form of the pricing schedule included in this tender. It is expected that all sites are inspected within the first six months of the contract, to undertake a benchmarking and reconciliation exercise of all existing equipment that requires statutory inspections at each site, utilising the existing asset registers which in turn shall provide Arc with the assurance that all statutory inspections and routine maintenance data on each site has been captured so far as reasonably practicable.
