The court room on the ground floor of the building has been subject to dry rot infestation that has caused significant decay of several of the roof and floor timbers. In addition, there are known sources of moisture ingress in to the building fabric including leaking box gutter and sump details, and roof leaks which have exacerbated the situation and present a future dry rot infestation risk. Norse, on behalf of NCC, require the remediation of dry rot effected timber elements, roof repairs, gutter reconstruction, making good of all areas of previous opening up and other misc. items to provide a fully handed over works to allow business as usual occupation of the rooms within the scope of works
