The successful contractor will be expected to comply with all relevant building regulations and make arrangements for building control signoff. You will be expected to be the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor and as such take on all associated CDM responsibilities. It is expected that completion of the building works will take place during term time which you will need to take into account when preparing your risk assessments and method statements. All Staff working on site will need to have the necessary DBS checks carried out. |
