The result of any testing and the expert report will be relied upon to make decisions in FTP cases. To help qualify the estimated value of requirement- the Contract will run for up to 2 years from the Commencement Date. The GDC has the option to extend the duration of the contract by up to 12-months. In any event the total contract value will not exceed £177K exclusive of VAT or £213K including VAT. The contract will automatically terminate on either the expiry date or on reaching the maximum contract value, whichever occurs first. |
