However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Please note that any subsequent procurement exercise following this soft market testing exercise would be a concession contract, with the final procurement procedure/process to be determined by TRP. The estimated value of the potential contract at Section 9 is based on a 5-year term, multiplied by the estimated turnover of the cafe in 2019/20.
