There are two optional extension periods each of one year (2+1+1), available at MOPAC's discretion. The initial term duration is 19 August 2024 to 18 August 2026, and the two extension periods are; 19 August 2026 to 18 August 2027 and then 19 August 2027 to 18 August 2028. The total potential value is £160k, with the initial term valued at an estimated £80k, and each of the extension periods valued at an estimated £40k each. |
