The events should be designed for a large audience and presented as a webinar to include a presentation from the contractors and time for questions from the audience. The contractors must have experience of personal safety in the context of local democracy and be able to demonstrate their understanding of how this differs from the context in which MPs operate, and be able to offer practical solutions to support councillors in their interactions with residents safely. |
