The framework is in three lots: Lot 1 – Delivery of Family Activities and Workshops, Lot 2 – Membership Recruitment and Lot 3 – Visitor Experience. Bids for multiple lots will be considered. The contract is to run for an initial term of two years from the 1 May 2023 until the 30 April 2025, with the option to extend for one further year. This framework has been designed to provide extra support to our teams in London and Cambridgeshire, however we would accept responses from agencies that can only provide the required services in one of these locations. IWM is unable to guarantee a minimum spend, or a guaranteed number of projects delivered under this Framework.
