Short Description: | FSCS are relocating to a new central London office and FSCS therefore require design and build fit out services to procure their new premises. The project will include the full CAT-B fit out of a circa 10,000 – 20,0000 sq ft of Central London office space, procured under a JCT Design and Build 2024. This will include design and installation of all typical mechanical and electrical equipment for an office, supply and install of desks, chairs and IT desktop equipment, partitioning, break-out areas and some cellularised spaces. The project will include the installation of a communications room that will include fire protection systems, air conditioning systems, leak detection, UPS and a potential standby generator to be located in an area to be confirmed with the landlord.
