The approved list will also include provision of other services such as technical assistance, account management, technical advice, storage and transportation. The V&A’s objectives in doing so are to obtain best value for money and to arrive at a working method that is beneficial and transparent for both the V&A and their approved suppliers. The Approved List is split into 7 Lots: Lot 1:Fabric covered torsos with optional appendages from stock Lot 2:Fibreglass torsos, full figures and appendages from stock Lot 3: Contemporary collections of full figure mannequins from stock Lot 4: Alterations to fibreglass figures, torsos and appendages Lot 5: Alterations to contemporary collections Lot 6:Original figures and appendages (sculpted to specification) Lot 7:Additional accessories (wigs, make-up, props) Applicants are invited to apply for as many or as few lots as applicable. When you indicate which Lots you are interested in, you will be expected to demonstrate your capability to manage the scale of work demanded by each Lot that you wish to be considered for.
