Title: | GB-London: Due Diligence Framework Agreement |
Notice type: | Competitive Contract Notice |
Authority: | Natural History Museum |
Nature of contract: | Not applicable |
Procedure: | Not applicable |
Short Description: | The Museum has major plans to transform itself. The plans include transforming the Museum’s grounds and inspiring a national urban biodiversity movement, redesigning galleries and refreshing the public offer, launching an ambitious postgraduate centre for advanced study of the natural world and opening a new science and digitisation centre at Harwell in Oxfordshire. With those plans comes the challenge of encouraging and raising philanthropic funding and support through many sources, including individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations. In line with sector best practice and the Museum’s mission and values, we currently carry out due diligence on third parties through independent researchers contracted via a framework agreement, to ensure that all third parties with whom we partner, are sponsored by or from whom we receive funding are in alignment with Museum’s vision and do not conflict with its strategic aims and responsibilities as a Non-Departmental Public Body. |
