13. Description of Amendment / Addition: The insurance required for this project, outlined on page 5 of the contract, has been amended. The revised insurance is outlined below:

Insurance required:
The Consultant shall maintain the following insurances:
Public liability insurance: £ 1 million.
Professional indemnity insurance: £1 million.
Employer's liability insurance: £ 1 million.
Product liability insurance: £ 1 million.
The Consultant shall ensure that the Employer's interest is noted on each insurance policy, or that a generic interest clause has been included

The limit of the Consultant’s liability pursuant to clause 8.3 is that the limit of liability be no less than the amount of professional indemnity insurance which the Consultant is required to maintain (£1 million). TKR-20211122-PRO-19272138
