Short Description: | National Maritime Museum is seeking an experienced Principal Contractor to provide exhibition fit out services for The Van de Veldes: Greenwich, Art and the Sea exhibition in the Queens House, at the National Maritime Museum. Tender documentation will be available from 23 August 2022 to tenderers who pass the SQ stage of this process. The successful contractor will be appointed early October 2022 with the exhibition fit out being completed by end of January 2023. The exhibition will open 24 February 2023 and run until 14 January 2024. Tenderers will need to have a proven track record of and provide examples of the following: - Proven experience of working as a Principal Contractor for an exhibition build in a national museum and or historic property. - Proven experience of installing showcases within an exhibition fit out in a national museum and or historic property. - Relevant experience of working in a historic property. - Capacity to deliver the exhibition fit out within the tight programme - Turnover of at least £1million |
