Room 01/017/00/0012 Pharmacy Cold Room sized at 29 M3 1.The existing equipment to be decommissioned and removed. 2.New chillers to be able to provide cooling to maintain an internal temperature of 2’C Min - 8’C Max 3.System to be constructed with a dual system of compressors. 4.Each single unit to be able to maintain the specified running operating temperature of 2-8’C when the external ambient temperature of 35’C. Units to be programmed to operate alternating duty cycle. 5.External units to be capable of operating at a 35’C ambient temperature without additional cooling. 6.Any spares must be able to be sourced within 24 hours of component failure identification or a guaranteed local availability. 7.Refrigerant to be of low GWP Global Warming Potential, such as R449 or Similar. 8.Any penetrations to be sealed with appropriate firestopping materials. 9.All work must comply with and be certified to relevant regulations including BS7671 electrical installations, F Gas etc. 10.All electrical works to be included within this tender. 11.All making good to be included within this tender. 12.Control panel needs to be generic controller such as universal R |
