Short Description: Moat are looking to implement a comprehensive mobile working solution, that will allow team members access to key data held within the core systems whilst they are working remotely. They need to be able to collect data whilst working remotely that is then seamlessly transferred to the back offices systems either immediately or once a mobile signal is restored. Moat recognise that the requirements detailed in this specification may not be fulfilled by one provider and would welcome solutions proposed from either several vendors (e.g. packaged and system integrators), with one acting as the prime contractor; or bespoke solutions that are developed specifically to meet Moats requirements. Based on Moat’s analysis of each supplier’s response, Moat reserves the right to award the tender in whole, in part, in part to multiple vendors or not at all.
