Typically, extraction of materials will take place over a period of a few weeks each year, with material then stockpiled within the quarry, or at other designated locations for use as and when needed. The framework will comprise of 4 lots. Three lots will be for extraction and processing of aggregate in the Northeast, Northwest and East of England. The fourth lot will be for the provision of drilling and blasting works in North England. |
