The result of any testing and analysis report will be relied upon to support decision making at Practice Committee(s), Interim Order Committee hearings and decision making by case examiners dealing with agreed undertakings. Other Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
The Contract will commence on 9 December 2022 and will run for up to three years from the Commencement Date. The GDC has the option to extend the duration of the Contract by up to two years. In any event the total contract value will not exceed £177K exclusive of VAT or £213K including VAT. The contract will automatically terminate on either the expiry date or on reaching the maximum Contract value, whichever occurs first
