Title: GB-Bath: Staff Survey Services
Notice type: Competitive Contract Notice
Authority: University of Bath
Nature of contract: Not applicable
Procedure: Not applicable
Short Description: The University of Bath is seeking a supplier to work with them to run a staff survey in March 2016. This is the fourth staff survey that the University has carried out and as well as measuring current levels of staff satisfaction, a key objective will be to provide comparative data to assess our performance against the previous survey outcomes. We also want to use the survey to benchmark the University with other similar HEI organisations and to inform future strategies and areas for action. The survey will be delivered electronically to the University’s 2700 staff and will be available in paper format for staff without computer access. A 68% response rate was achieved in 2013 and we aim to improve upon this in the 2016 survey. The supplier will support the University in achieving its objectives with specific responsibility for developing the survey, distributing it, collating and analysing the results and presenting them in a range of reports. Particular emphasis should be given to the survey design.
