Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC), on behalf of the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) invite you to participate in a procurement process for Internal Mail and Courier Transport Services – run in accordance with the ‘Light Touch Regime’, and performed in a manner compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The services to be provided include the collection, transportation and delivery of;
•Internal mail, including secure tracked mail
•Delivering Pharmacy goods, Specimen, Stores and delivery/collection of internal mail,
•Other ad hoc deliveries as requested, case by case, instructed by a P/O using the contracted rates which form the basis of the main schedules
The provider shall be responsible for the provision, running and subsequent maintenance of all vehicles used in facilitating this contract (including vehicle overheads and insurance).
The Purchaser does not wish to have any element of the service sub-contracted.
