Description:	The Framework consists of a range of Utilities and Energy Management Services and provides customers with a competitive, compliant route to market whereby call-downs and supply arrangements can be set up quickly and easily. The Framework will be split into 5 succinct lots incorporating supplies of electricity, gas and oil as well as a range of energy management services, enabling customers to identify ways to reduce energy usage within their properties. The fifth and final lot will cover the supply of Water Supply, Sewerage and Ancillary Services for eligible 2buy2 Buying Group Users.
