   VI.3)Additional Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
PCC reserves the right not to award all/any of the services forming part of the Clare Lodge contract and/or the right to make than one contract award under this procurement to different service providers. Point II. 1.9 -variants will be accepted in addition to a standard compliant bid (as set out in the tender documents) providing the Council's core requirements are met and provided they are in accordance with the tender documents. Points II.2.2 andII.3 - It is possible that the term of any contracts or any agreements flowing from the opportunity may extend beyond this period. Point IV.3.3 - The pre qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and a Memorandum of Information (MOI) are available in electronic format.
The PQQ must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided in those documents . Point IV.3.4. - requests to participate in the dialogue require the completion and return of the PQQ by 12:00:00 noon on 09 August 2013 in accordance with the requirements set out in the PQQ.

PCC intends to establish a contractual arrangement for itself which will primarily be within the administrative area of Peterborough City Council. However the contract may also extend to other local government and public related organisations and associated partners within the UK borders. Peterborough City Council currently undertakes services for other local government and public organisations and would wish to expand working relationships through their selected partner with other local authorities, public bodies and their associated partners across the UK (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organizational changes).
