Through a combination of one to one support and workshops, SMEs will be supported to develop cost effective procurement practices, as well as putting mechanisms in place to make sure that they are ready to win contracts with large, private sector businesses as well as with the County’s local authorities. Participating SMEs will be signposted to suitable opportunities identified through the Supply Chain Development Analysis.
