These sessions (minimum half a day) will take place termly and will be aimed at Difference Matters Staff Teams in the 16 schools, Borough Leads and other school staff members (where appropriate). The training should build on the provider's expertise, and the Training Partner should work with school leaders to embed effective whole-school approaches to neuro-inclusion. These will be focused on (but not limited to) areas such as understanding neurodiversity, and practical strategies to supporting emotional regulation. The Training Partner will signpost to best practice around supporting neurodivergent learners in education, as well as developing some specific resources depending on the needs of the partner schools and boroughs; an adaptive and flexible approach is key. |
