      Health services. To appoint a partner(s) to enter a Joint Venture to provide Orthopaedic Services to Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The joint venture organisation will be expected to invest in improving and expanding existing facilities on the Guy's Hospital site to establish the Hospital as an international centre of excellence for Orthopaedic Services. The joint venture may also expand to establish regional and international satellite facilities based on the Guy's Orthopaedic model of care.

Provision of capital investment to upgrade existing x3 (of x4) operating theatres and build additional x2 new operating theatres to establish a x6 operating theatre unit with associated surgical admission facilities.
Establish an international innovation hub to support translational research to create a King's Health Partner's Orthopaedic model of care to improve patient experience and patient outcomes.
Establish an international training centre to support and enhance training of Theatre and Surgical teams in terms of model of care, operational efficiency, and product technology.
