The 12 projects will be split equally into two batches of 6 (roughly geographically) (Batch A andBatch B) and the highest scoring of the primary bidders will be given first choice on which batch to take with the other primary bidder given the other batch. If a prime contractor is unable to deliver a scheme or is disqualified pursuant to the terms of the framework agreement, the award of any such scheme will be subject to the mini-competition procedure between the remaining primary contractor and the reserve contractor outlined in the framework agreement.
