      Leicester City Council has been awarded funds to lead a group of 10 East Midland Local Authorities to identify potential fraud across the areas of the participating authorities. Part of that funding, is for the Council to procure an off the shelf web based Intelligence Hub which would enable data collaboration, and data matching between those Authorities.
Data would need to be extracted from the various systems regularly, by either an automated process, or manual, from all participating authorities, and loaded into the Intelligence hub.
Automated data matching should then take place any data anomalies would need to be reported out of the system.
Based on time constraints no bespoke development solution will be considered.
The participating authorities would require read only access to the Intelligence Hub only, with Leicester City Council maintaining ownership

This opportunity is not broken into Lots as the requirement is for single solution and associated services only.

The Department for Communities and Local Government have awarded funding for 2014 – 2016 only, therefore the initial term of the contract would be two years and the value of associated costs not exceed £200,000 for the 2 year period not including extensions. However in this time, should the solution deliver results far exceeding expectations, Leicester City Council reserve the right to extend for a further period of up to 3 years. Therefore the Contract duration is for an initial term of two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further one (1) + one (1) + one (1) years
