Other Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The framework will be in 4 Lots and applicants can apply for any number of Lots:
Lot 1: General building works and disrepair, which could include (but by no means exclusively) some insurance works, void refurbishment, office related FM type works and structural repairs.
Lot 2: Roofing work, which will be mainly non-planned, non-capital repair work in the London region
Lot 3: Damp investigations, leak and water ingress investigation and analysis
Lot 4: Damp remediation including damp proofing, DPCs
