In the interests of efficient public procurement, associated bodies of the Department for Transport ( including Executive Agencies and Non-Department Public Bodies) and other Government Departments (and their associated bodies), may wish to call off orders for the Services covered by the contract.

The authority reserves the right to call-off other surveys of a similar or related nature as required throughout the contract.
