Devising the creative concept.
Sourcing all galleries, artists, traders and food and beverage operators.
Promoting the Event, pricing and ticketing arrangements, marketing, securing sponsorship, press relations etc.
Procurement and supervision of all traders, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.
Organising all logistical and operational matters to do with the Event, including the management of health & safety and environmental protection on site.
All aspects of staffing and securing the Event, including carrying out any recommendations of, or instructions from the Licence Safety Advisory Group (LSAG).
Working with TRP to secure all necessary permissions.
Working with TRP to engage stakeholders.
