ForViva intends to appoint no more than 5 providers to the Framework Agreement following this procurement process, subject to a receipt of a sufficient number of complete and compliant bids. ForViva will be holding a Meet the Buyer event on Wednesday 10th February, 10:30am till 12:00 at the Daresbury Hotel, Warrington, WA4 4BB. The purpose of the event is to provide all potentially interested parties with a detailed insight into this upcoming new Framework, setting out our aims and ambitions and how you can be a part of these as we move forward. The session will include a presentation, question and answer session and also chance to meet lead officers working on the project. ForViva Group Limited (ForViva) is procuring a Framework Agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to providers within the Framework for the provision of a range of care, support and health services.       It is intended that the Framework Agreement will be in place for a period of 4 years. Whilst the Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of 4 years, bidders should note that individual contracts called-off under the Framework Agreement may be for a period of greater than 4 years so may continue beyond the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement.
