| Description: | Quotations are invited in respect of supplying the catering service provision at The Collection. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this requirement, liaising closely with the Contract Manager and is expected to develop the service during the duration of the contract with the Contract Manager, Will Mason. The successful supplier will operate the café and satellite services, including providing light catering for conferences and meetings as detailed within this document. The Contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years/36 months which is intended to commence on November 21st 2015 with the option to extend for up to 2 further periods of 12 months up to a maximum contract period of 60 months. |
