• Changing business models is challenging, predominantly because small staffing structures are limited in time, finance and expertise
• Challenge of recruiting key business skills – especially financial and commercial
• Asset exploitation – unable to fully exploit assets, both intellectual and property
With this project we are particularly interested in understanding the impact of intensive group and one-to-one development and learning for a group of 20-30 cultural organisations within a limited geographical area. We have identified Leeds and East London as the locations for this project for the following reasons:
