      The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement, with up to fifteen organisations for the provision of Independent Living Support Services – Floating Support Service. Following the evaluation of the Invitation to Tender submitted tenders, any tender that is accepted will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the tender award criteria. It is Leicester City Council’s intention that up to fifteen of the highest scoring tenderers scoring above 65% overall in accordance with the tender award criteria, will be awarded the Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement will initially be for a period of 1 year, anticipated to commence on 01 October 2014, with the possibility to extend for a period or successive period of +1 +1 years at the sole discretion of the Council.

Services will be called-off from the Framework Agreement during the period of the Framework Agreement. The Council anticipates that during the period of the Framework Agreement (1 +1 +1 years, total of 3 years) the approximate value of the service will be £2,629,911.
There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this contract.
