However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.

This is a single stage procurement requiring JCT Minor Works with contractor design 2011.
Basildon Borough Council require a contractor to design, supply, install and commission 2 replacement boilers within the main plant of the Towngate Theatre. Works and commissioning to have been completed by 30 September 2014.
