The key components of the contract are to provide -Secure and appropriate off-site storage of Wheatley Groups Records.-A delivery service for movement of Records to and from the Contractor'sstorage facility, as and when required. This shall include:-a Next Working Day delivery service as standard-a Same Day delivery service and arrangements for access Out of Hours,for urgent matters.-Delivery and collection of the Group’s Records from various offices throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas, including partners office premises based predominately in West and East coast of Scotland. -Certified destruction of Records when required, via confidential shredding and the resulting paper recycle -Provision of destruction cabinets-Off-site Secure scanning to ensure adequate protection and backup for WHG’s vital records so that they can be accessed in the event of serious disruption.

         The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
