      II.2.4) Description of procurement: Notting Hill Genesis (NHG)wishes to appoint a single provider to provide a Catering service across its portfolio of 25 of its care and

NHG is seeking a contract caterer to provide a high-quality, nutritious, choice-based meal service ,the current catering service at these schemes is currently managed scheme-by-scheme, with a mixture of direct provision through NHG staff , agency and scheme-specific outsourcings, the caterer will employ the catering staff (with a TUPE transfer from each scheme envisaged).
NHG wishes to appoint a single provider for these schemes to provide a consistent high-quality service across the portfolio, NHG hopes to find a contractor which can contribute innovative ideas for further business opportunities, support current and new staff with training and development, and ensure resident satisfaction.
