      Education and training services. Research and development services and related consultancy services. Sporting services. Sport England are seeking to appoint multiple suppliers to a framework for Educational Advisers to support the Access to Schools Educational Advisors are required to work alongside national and regional officers in the delivery of Access to Schools Intervention.

A critical success factor to the delivery of this intervention is the engagement of educationalists to advocate the benefits and identify barriers to opening up school facilities to the community to Headteachers and Business Managers.

Sport England wishes to appoint advisers with specific skill sets and experience in the following areas:

•   education and sporting landscape
•   headship / teacher / senior management in an education establishment
•   advocacy, negotiation and leadership
•   strategic relationships
•   Local Authority / Government Departments / Ofsted / Funding Agencies and Sporting Bodies

Sport England anticipates approximately 12 mini competitions per annum ranging in values between £2,500 - £35,000.

The duration of the framework is for two years with an option to extend by another two years. The value of the framework for a four year period is between £200,000 to £1,500,000
