Tate currently hosts 1,700 email accounts on a Microsoft Exchange 2003 platform and has an email gateway solution which provides email security and spam filtering. A project is in progress to upgrade the on-premises mailservers to Exchange 2010. Tate require a new email archiving solution which will meet regulatory requirements, provide a storage capability with access from the desktop and minimise maintenance and support. Tate are running this procurement process for a hosted archiving solution. The solution must provide high-availability, high performance, email filtering for spam and malware, comprehensive audit trails, reporting tools, limitless mailboxes, full access for users, service continuity and high levels of security.
