(iii) Organisational Change - deliver in line with the DVLA an operating model for ICT based services including detailing organisational and process design, capability development, augment resource, deliver transitional activities while maintaining business continuity and implement measures delivering continual improvement in internal performance and capabilities. (iv) Requirements Gathering - develop the requirements in order to maximise the optimum configuration model for the SIAM function and Service Tower model proposed within an Outline Business Case. (v) Additional Services – additional services as requested by DVLA pursuant to the contract that are complimentary to the above required by the Authority. Delivery of these services will be primarily based at the DVLA Estate at Morriston Swansea. The ITT will be issued to applicants in accordance with the instructions in V1.3 below.
