      Derby Homes require Security Services to two sites within the City of Derby. These are:

Lot 1: Derby Homes Depot at 839 London Road, Derby, DE24 8UZ; and
Lot 2: Milestone House, 93 Green Lane, Derby, DE1 1RX.

Both lots are anticipated to run for 7 years from the award of the contract but there is a break clause included in the contract, the details of which are in the supporting documents.

Lot 1 is anticipated to be in the region of £50,000 - £70,000 per year;
Lot 2 is anticipated to be in the region of £30,000 - £50,000 per year.
