Title: Ticketing and Membership Implementation

Tate requires a systems integration or eCommerce agency with proven experience of technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and support which can deliver Tate’s eCommerce solution. The supplier is required to deliver the technical implementation of configuring and/or developing components to the agreed Visual/UX design on top of a selected eCommerce platform.
We also wish to configure and setup key back office processes such as product updates and reporting. Additionally the supplier will also be required to implement integration of Ticketing selection component (e.g. finding available tickets and adding them to a basket) against an API from Tate's existing Ticket and Membership business system (ENTA).
