      II.2.4) Description of procurement: SLC produces a number of seminars and conferences annually aimed at Education Providers who are both customers and suppliers to SLC, and their supplied services are critical to SLC delivery of services.

The seminar programme's main functions are
i.to educate, equip and enable education providers to deliver these mandatory supplied services in time and quality.
ii.that education providers understand the SLC/Customer interface and take actions in support of our customer service outcomes.
iii.SLC fulfil ministers wishes for assuring all HEPs are prepared for changes in policy and finding arrangements.
