II.2.4) Description of procurement: CITB have identified an ongoing need to source suppliers to carry out training and assessment on behalf of the National Construction College (NCC) across all CITB sites and to include off-site training. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to be established to procure these services for a maximum 2 year period or until the NCC is completely divested. Should divestment complete within this 2 year period, the DPS will close. For prospective suppliers to be accepted onto the DPS ready for the planned go live date of 06/01/20, applications must be received no later than 17:00hrs on 16/12/19. Suppliers can join the system at any time during the life of the DPS by submitting an application.
